A proud history

Old pub tradition, still very much alive.

Lieutenant's Pump opened in 1984 as one of three Ottawa “Pumps.” Today it is the last original Pump still serving the city.

From lunchtime regulars and dinner dates to weekend brunch and late-night celebrations, it remains what a city pub should be: a meeting place for everyone.
